Public Notice – ISO Certification Clients

RCPL is committed to maintaining the credibility, transparency, and trustworthiness of ISO certification services. In line with international best practices and accreditation body (EIAC), RCPL issue public notices to inform stakeholders, partners, and the general public about important updates concerning the certification status of our clients.

Purpose of a Public Notice

A Public Notice is issued to:

  • Inform the public of suspensions, withdrawals, or misuse of ISO certificates

  • Announce any corrective actions, reinstatements, or changes in certification status

  • Maintain transparency and accountability in line with ISO/IEC 17021 requirements

  • Protect the interests of clients, partners, and regulatory authorities from false or misleading claims

These notices serve as a formal communication to ensure that only valid and accredited ISO certifications are recognized and trusted in the market.

When Is a Public Notice Issued?

A public notice may be published for situations including:

  • A client’s certification being suspended or withdrawn

  • Detection of fraudulent or misused ISO certificates

  • Misrepresentation of certification scope or accreditation status

  • Voluntary withdrawal of certification by the client

  • Reinstatement of previously suspended certifications after corrective action

Public Notice Content May Include:

  • Name of the organization

  • Standard certified (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 & ISO 22000)

  • Certificate number

  • Certification body & accreditation body

  • Nature of the notice (e.g., suspension, misuse, withdrawal, reinstatement)

  • Date of issue and relevant updates
