RCPL is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, credibility, and transparency in all ISO certification processes. As part of this commitment, we maintain and regularly update a list of clients whose ISO certifications have been suspended through our associated accredited certification bodies.
Suspension is a formal status applied when a certified organization temporarily fails to comply with the requirements of the ISO standard or breaches contractual or audit obligations related to its certification.
A suspension means that the organization’s ISO certificate is not currently valid and cannot be used or promoted until the issue is resolved. It is a temporary measure, not a cancellation, and is typically applied for reasons such as:
Failure to undergo surveillance or recertification audits on time
Non-conformities not being addressed or corrected within the required time frame
Misuse or misrepresentation of the ISO certificate
Breach of certification terms or ethical violations
Voluntary suspension by the client (in rare cases)
During the suspension period:
The organization must not advertise or use the certification
It is not eligible for tender submissions or audit approvals
Corrective actions must be implemented within a defined timeframe
RCPL publish a suspension list to:
Maintain transparency with customers, regulators, and stakeholders
Ensure proper use of ISO certification
Support public verification and confidence in accredited certification
Give clients a clear pathway to reinstatement by addressing non-conformities

(Example note: "Details are updated regularly based on communication with the accredited certification body.")
Suspension is a reversible status. Once the client has addressed the issues raised during audits or assessments, the certification body may conduct a re-audit or follow-up evaluation. If successful, the certificate will be reinstated to active status and removed from the suspended list.
Our team actively supports suspended clients in identifying corrective actions and helping them return to full compliance.
